Camping near Williams with AHG

Plopped down at an old Boy Scout campground and had a fun time with the Schaefers and the rest of the AHG troop.

AHG Color Splash Day

I took the girls up to St. Gabriel in Cave Creek for a color splash day with their AHG troop. Parents and older kids shot them with dyed water from water guns as they ran by. Some tried to run fast or avoid the shots, but we made sure they got colored up.

First AHG Badges

They got a history badge for these Liberty Bells and a camping badge for their outing in Sept.

Selling Chocolates at Ace

The girls and Sienna sold chocolate bars outside of Karsten's Ace Hardware to raise money for their AHG troop. Thanks much to Karsten's for letting them out there.

AHG Camping

In the summer the girls joined a troop of American Heritage Girls, a Christian, patriotic, pro-life version of the Girl Scouts. We wanted to put the girls in some type of activity together, and Bobbins wanted extra time to hang out with Schaefer (Sienna is in AHG). Bobbins and the girls went on the fall camping trip and earned their first badge, for camping.
