Life

My mom and Bobbins found the game of Life in the condo and made Coach and I play it.  Both of them screwed me over with huge penalties, and somehow the two of them had a count-off at the end to determine the winner.  This was the night we had bourbon cocktails made by Coach with the Kirkland bourbon I bought.  Tasty and appropriate in our "Mad Men"-like condo.

Balboa Park

I had read about biking around Balboa Park in the Arizona Republic, so that's why we strapped our bikes to the back of the Sequoia for our trip this year.  I thought we'd have a great day biking around the place...but forgot how hilly it is and how warm it'd be.  Bobbins DID NOT enjoy it.  It was cool to ride around the museums, which were too expensive for us.  We at least had a nice lunch in a grassy area, watching people.  MM busted out some ballet moves in various place.  We left Owen at the condo (thanks Mom and Gen!) and missed him.  It was like old times (before Owen and Julia).

This was after a delicious meatball and pasta dinner at John and Denise's condo just down the street.  The picture at right is Norma & Ernie stopping by our condo on their way out the next day.
