The girls' school does an appreciation dinner for its teachers at the end of the year. Bobbins and I spoke about the kindergarten (JoJo's) and first grade (MM's) teachers. Bobbins also set up her trademark photo booth. It was a great way to salute the people that educate our children. I even got a shot with the outgoing headmaster, Mr. Plummer, who left to take over the Diocesan schools as superintendent. He is greatly missed but we appreciated his service.

Helping Lay the Foundation
Booch and sometimes Fisher have gotten to go with Papa to work on the "New Build," a house for Uncle Paul being built just a mile or so south from us. Of course, they often get junk food as part of it, including McDonald's ice cream. But it's a good experience to get them outside working. Here, Booch supervises the concrete for the house's foundation.
Mary Coyle Visit
One First Friday (which are half days) after school, Bobbins took the kids to Mary Coyle ice cream, which is now on 7th St., for a treat.

May Trip to SD
Bobbins took the crew out to San Diego to visit Mark and Jess. They went to the beach, the USMC exhibits on Miramar, and celebrated MM's baptism day.

Picture Day Last Week
Had some trouble getting all the pic's and videos off Bobbins' iPhone, but imported all 1500 tonight, so I should be able to catch the blog up. As a start, here's a shot of the girls on picture day last week. MM even got selected to give a testimony about the school for the promotional video (not sure they'll actually use it or not, though). They are thriving at school, and we love it!
