Last Sat. Zach, Kate, the girls and I drove south of Phx to Maricopa and over to the west side of the Estrella Mtns. We followed an app on Kate's iphone, which was our first mistake. Our second was Kate being the navigator. Haha.
We pulled up to a private airport in the middle of the desert and thought it weird enough we stopped there and started exploring. We ended up going to the top of a hill near where some people were shooting guns. Even without a trail we had a fun time trudging around.
